      In the busy city life, we are always rushing forward, eager to avoid crowds and impetuousness, return to the embrace of nature, and breathe fresh air. In order to enhance team cohesion and enrich employees' life, Jiugui Company planned a special team building activity-a trip to Guizhou.

Depart for Guiyang: First impression of Guizhou style

      Depart for Guiyang: First impression of Guizhou styleGuiyang, the capital of Guizhou Province, is the starting point of this team building trip. Here, we visited the ancient Jiaxiu Tower and felt the ancient charm of this city; tasted local special snacks such as tofu balls and silk dolls, so that the taste buds can also participated in this team building activity.

Walking in Xiaoqikong: Exploring the Mystery of the Water Forest

       Leaving Guiyang, we drove to Xiaoqikong. Known as the "super bonsai", it is the essence of the Libo Zhangjiang Scenic Area, a world heritage site. Strolling among the ancient bridges and flowing waters of Xiaoqikong, we appreciated the unique charm of the water forest and also enhanced the tacit understanding among the team in a relaxed atmosphere.

Xijiang Miao Village of thousand households: Experience the charm of Miao culture

       Our next stop is Xijiang Miao Village of thousand household. This is the world's largest Miao village and is known as the "open-air museum of Miao minority". Here, we enjoy the traditional Miao song and dance performances, taste Miao food, and feel the rich Miao cultural atmosphere. Team members jointly participate in traditional Miao activities, such as making glutinous rice cakes and weaving cloth, to enhance friendship between each other.

Climbing Fanjing Mountain: Self-challenge and Teamwork

       The trip to Fanjing Mountain is a double challenge to both individual and team. This mountain is famous for its steepness and magnificent natural scenery, as well as the profound Buddhist cultural heritage. Team members need to support each other and face challenges together when we climb the mountain. This is not only a challenge to self-ability, but also a test of teamwork. When standing on the top of the mountain and overlooking the mountains, the sense of accomplishment and the tacit understanding between the team will make us cherish this time more and make us more convinced that the power of the team is infinite.

Adventure to the Huangguoshu Waterfall : Feel the Magnificence of Nature

       The magnificent sight of Huangguoshu Waterfall shocked us. This is one of the largest waterfalls in Asia, attracting countless tourists with its majestic momentum and spectacular scenery. Here, we felt the magnificence and magic of nature, and also cultivated the courage and adventurous spirit of team members.

Retrospection at Qingyan Ancient Town: Harvest and New trip

       Our last stop is Qingyan Ancient Town. This ancient town with a history of more than 600 years has witnessed the historical changes and cultural heritage of Guizhou. Here, we strolled on the stone-paved streets, admiring the quaint buildings and exquisite stone carvings. Sit in the teahouse in the ancient town, review every bit of this team-building trip, and share each other's feelings and gains.

        The six-day  team-building trip to Guizhou is coming to an end, but the friendship and tacit understanding between team members will continue forever. During this trip, we not only appreciated the landscape and ethnic culture of Guizhou, but also gained growth and insights through challenges and collaboration. Let us move forward with these beautiful memories and gains!
